My story
There was a time in my life where everything felt like survival.
After losing my grandfather—the person who gave me a sense of home and stability—I found myself stepping into responsibilities I wasn’t ready for. Caring for my sibling, managing school, entering the workforce… all at once.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped taking care of myself.
Meals became rushed. Habits became automatic. My body kept going—but it was slowly breaking down.
I didn’t realise how much damage had been done until years later, when I tried to start a family… and experienced a miscarriage that changed my life.
Recovery wasn’t just physical.
It was emotional. Mental. Deeply personal.
There were days I couldn’t move without pain. Days I didn’t recognise my own body. Days I didn’t know how to start again.
But I did.
Slowly, I began to rebuild—learning how to eat in a way that worked for my body, not against it.
Learning how to move again, even when it hurt. Learning that healing is not linear, and progress is not perfection.
I let go of the “all-or-nothing” mindset.
And I chose something different: Sustainability. Compassion. Consistency.
Today, I’m not here to tell you what to do.
I’m here to walk with you.
As your health coach, I believe you should be in the driver’s seat of your own journey.
My role is to guide, support, and help you build a lifestyle that fits you—one that you can maintain not just for weeks, but for life.
